Gift Certificate Policies
Gift Certificates may be used only to purchase products and spa services available at the time of redemption. Service(s) listed in the amount section are subject to price change without notice and you will be responsible for any cost increase. If a balance remains, it will be placed in your client account for future services or products. However, it may not be redeemed for cash or gratuity. Once purchased, gift certificates are transferable, but may not be refunded. The certificate is valid for six weeks after expiration date.
Gift Certificates must be presented as a form of payment at the time of check out.
Sorry, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates.
Sorry, we cannot use Divina Gift Certificates, SpaBoom Gift Certificates or Spa Finder Gift Certificates for Laser Hair Removal Treatments.
