Policies
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s).
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover on purchases over $50.00 only.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24 hours notice for all reservations.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled will be charged 50%.
- If you do not notify us you will be charged 100%.
- Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.
Product Return Policy - NO EXCEPTIONS
- No returns or refunds on opened or used products.
- Unopened products returned within 2 weeks for store credit only.
Gift Certificate Policy - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Gift Certificates must be presented as the form of payment.
- We are not responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates.
- Divina Gift Certificates, SpaBoom Gift Certificates and SpaFinder Gift Certificates cannot be used for any Laser Treatments.
- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash gratuity.
Divina Dividend Policy
- Divina Divends are good towards services only.
- One per person per household.
- Divina Dividends must be presented at the time of service.
- We are not responsible for lost or misplaced Dividendss.
- Divina Divends cannot be redeemed for cash gratuity.
